Verification typically completes within 1-24 hours. During the verification period, certain account functions, including withdrawals, may be temporarily restricted. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ug177 customer support immediately.
ug177 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with AML regulations. Most withdrawals are completed within 10-30 minutes during Indonesian business hours (WIB), subject to account verification status and payment provider processing times. Wagering requirements represent the total amount you must wager before bonus-related funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified unless a clear error is identified.
For sports betting, all wagers are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules section. Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real-time and are subject to rapid change based on game events.
All casino games, including slots and live dealer games, utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live streaming equipment that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a clear technical malfunction is proven.
In the event of disconnection during an active bet or game round, the outcome will be determined based on the game's completion on our servers. For live casino games, the hand or round will continue to its natural conclusion even if your connection is interrupted. You may view the result in your betting history once reconnected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and wagering requirement completion.
ug177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation, and if misconduct is confirmed, forfeit those funds.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. An account maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 per month may be deducted from inactive account balances after the initial 12-month period. To prevent fees, simply log in to your account at least once per year.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug177 is licensed to operate. To the extent applicable, Indonesian consumer protection laws may also apply to your use of the Platform.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first to seek an amicable resolution.
